Do guests need to download an app?+

No. Guests scan the QR code or open the link in any phone browser. That's it.

Is my gallery private?+

Yes. Each event has a unique private link. Galleries are not indexed and only people with the link can view or contribute.

How long do you store my photos?+

Free events store for 7 days, Party for 30 days, Wedding for 1 year, and Pro/Brand can extend to permanent archive.

Can I download everything in full resolution?+

Yes — one click to download a ZIP of original-quality photos and videos. Wedding and Pro plans also sync to Google Drive and Dropbox.

How does AI face-finding work?+

Guests can optionally take a single selfie. Our AI matches them to every photo they appear in. Faces are processed privately and never sold.

What's the AI highlight reel?+

After your event, our AI scores every photo and clip for emotion and composition, then auto-edits a 60-second cinematic recap with music. Usually ready within minutes.

Can I moderate uploads?+

Yes. Toggle on moderation and approve uploads from your phone with a swipe. NSFW filtering is automatic on all paid plans.

Do you support video?+

Yes — photos and videos, plus written guestbook messages.

What languages does the guest experience support?+

12 languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Polish, and Hindi.
