No. Guests scan the QR code or open the link in any phone browser. That's it.
Is my gallery private?+
Yes. Each event has a unique private link. Galleries are not indexed and only people with the link can view or contribute.
How long do you store my photos?+
Your gallery stays live for 7 days on Free and 60 days on Combined. You can bulk-download everything as a ZIP anytime to keep it forever.
Can I download everything in full resolution?+
Yes — one click to download a ZIP of original-quality photos and videos.
How does AI face-finding work?+
Guests can optionally take a single selfie. Our AI matches them to every photo they appear in. Faces are processed privately and never sold.
What's the AI highlight reel?+
After your event, our AI scores every photo and clip for emotion and composition, then auto-edits a 60-second cinematic recap with music. Usually ready within minutes.
Do you support video?+
Yes — the Combined plan includes unlimited photos and videos, plus written guestbook messages. The Free plan is photos only.
